FV Hospital is one of Vietnam's leading, internationally accredited healthcare facilities: a complete, one-stop modern hospital of the highest international standard, based in Ho Chi Minh City. FV Hospital opened in March 2003 and provides its services both in District 7 at FV Hospital and, since 2013, in District 1, at FV Saigon Clinic. The organisation has the capacity of offering outpatient care to up to 1,750 patients a day, and the facilities to provide tertiary care for 220 inpatients. With over 950 service staff, including 130 doctors, FV Hospital provides care in over 30 medical specialties. The institution benefits from its own Accident & Emergency Department, Cancer Care Centre, Health Check-up Centre, Maternity Ward, Adult, Paediatric and Neonatal Intensive Care Units, Paediatrics Centre, Medical Centre, Surgical Centre, Imaging Department equipped with MRI, Laboratory, Central Pharmacy, Rehabilitation and Physiotherapy Department and Operating Theatre. Patient well-being and rigorous high standards of care are central to FV Hospital's mission: to provide world-class healthcare in Vietnam. In 2007, FV Hospital was the first hospital in Vietnam to be accredited by the Haute Autorité de Santé, the world-renowned French quality accreditation authority. Following this, the hospital has been working to achieve recognition from the global leader of accreditation, the JCI (Joint Commission International).
