Inter RAO is a leading energy export and import operator in Russia. We supply electricity to Azerbaijan, Belarus, China, Finland, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Lithuania, Mongolia, Ukraine and South Ossetia. In 2014, we exported 14 bn kWh and imported 3.5 bn kWh of electric power. Inter RAO retail business division manages eight Russian power supply companies (so called guaranteeing suppliers). In 2014, electricity sales on the Russian retail market exceeded 164.8 bn kWh. Inter RAO Group employs more than 57 thousand people internationally. Inter RAO strategy is focused on creating a highly efficient and diversified world-class energy holding represented in all key competitive segments of the energy market. This strategy will enable Inter RAO Group to become a top ten energy company worldwide in terms of combined installed generation capacity by 2020.
