Danmarks Meteorologiske Institut (DMI) is Denmark's national meteorological service, established in 1872 and operating under the Ministry of Climate, Energy and Utilities. Based in Copenhagen, DMI provides weather forecasts, climate monitoring, and specialized meteorological services for Denmark, Greenland, and the Faroe Islands. DMI's core services include daily weather predictions, severe weather warnings, and climate trend analysis. Its operational infrastructure includes high-performance supercomputing systems and advanced data networks for real-time data transfer.
