The Heritage Management Organization (fka Initiative for Heritage Conservation) was established in November 2008 as a not-for-profit charity with the aim of training heritage leaders. HERITΛGE is promoting good practice in heritage management all over the world. It achieves its aims through tapping highly trained human resources, developing educational programs at all levels, fostering research, facilitating access to relevant information, as well as stimulating discourse. Since the summer of 2009, the Organization is under the auspices of the Greek Ministry of Culture, has trained more than 3000 heritage managers from 110+ countries.
