We are a private equity investment firm investing across Telecommunications, Media & Technology (TMT), Healthcare, Consumer and Business services sectors with footprints across SE Asia and India. We invest in companies that we can believe in, which operate in markets we understand in depth, and are either already segment leaders or can achieve leadership with further capital and operational support. We have completed investments of over $500 million since our founding in 2013. We typically like to own the businesses in which we invest or have a substantial position, either by ourselves or as part of an investor consortium. Our investment focus is on businesses that are preferably cross border with multi national operations today, or can be enhanced across geographies tomorrow. Our philosophy and values are driven by alignment with professional management, access to deep industry experts, and an investment horizon that focuses on creating value.
