Ucommune's offline co-working space services include self-operated models of U Space (spaces as the core of our brand & community), U Studio (small-size spaces) and U Design (customized spaces), as well as asset-light models of U Brand (utilizing our design & build services and brand) and U Partner (new model launched in August 2019 utilizing our operation & management services and brand ). Moreover, Ucommune provides advertising & branding services, incubation & corporate venturing services, tax & finance services, human resource services, legal services, design & build services, as well as IT support to empower enterprise and individual members.
