The Illinois Manufacturers' Association is the oldest and largest state manufacturers association in the U.S. Representing more than 4,000 manufacturers, the IMA is the Voice of Manufacturing in Illinois. Mission Since 1893 the mission of the Illinois Manufacturers’ Association has been to strengthen the economic, social, environmental and governmental conditions solely for manufacturing and allied enterprises in Illinois to enlarge the business base and increase employment opportunities.
