In 2000, we responded to growing market demand by broadening our service range and launching Grandeur Property Management Company Limited, Royal Elite Service Company Limited and Maison Platinum Services Limited subsidiaries. Today, we also provide management services to such landmark developments by Sun Hung Kai Properties as Peak One, Aria, The Latitude, Manhattan Hill, Noble Hill, Harbour Place, Royal Peninsula, No.127 Repulse Bay Road and Le Sommet. In providing such prestigious management services for our group projects, we currently also oversee the successful running of The Woodland in Zhong Shan and The Arch in GuangZhou, PRC. We are now busy further enhancing our international credentials by serving many new prestigious property projects locally and in the mainland.
