RedotPay is a fintech company based in Hong Kong, committed to providing secure cryptocurrency payment solutions globally for seamless and efficient transactions. With its innovative approach, RedotPay has obtained an MSB (Money Services Business) license and received official authorization from VISA. The RedotPay VISA card is offered in two versions: virtual and physical, both supporting Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Line Pay, enhancing the convenience of daily payments. We are a platform that integrates with third-party CaaS (Card as a Service), Custody, and KYC/AML/KYT service providers to facilitate co-branded credit card issuance. Users can transfer USDT/USDC/BTC/ETH to and from RedotPay via the BTC/BSC/ERC/TRON main-nets, where the tokens are securely held by Cactus, our third-party service provider. Once users complete the eKYC process, we will assist in issuing co-branded credit cards. Sumsub and World Check are our chosen service providers for KYC and AML functions, while Cactus manages CFT, KYT, and ongoing transaction monitoring. Currently, we facilitate the issuance of both virtual cards and physical cards. Users can use the card globally where Visa has a network, for either consumption or ATM cash withdrawals. We will deduct the equivalent amount in USDT/USDC/BTC/ETH under real-time exchange rates from the user's token balance in the RedotPay app. The cryptocurrencies will then be converted into HKD or USD for settlement with our bin sponsor and/or Visa. We are actively working to implement fiat pay-in, fiat pay-out, and crypto-fiat swap services.
