Improving Healthcare for All Ayala Healthcare Holdings, Inc. (AC Health) was established in June 2015 as a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Ayala Corporation. At AC Health, we aim to address the fundamental gaps in access, affordability, and quality that exist for many Filipinos today. Our overall vision is to improve the delivery of healthcare, by building a synergistic and integrated healthcare ecosystem across the continuum of care. We proactively invest across three pillars of healthcare: Pharma, Clinics and Hospitals, and Digital Health. Our portfolio includes Generika Drugstore, the pioneer in generic retail pharmacies, IE Medica and MedEthix, major pharmaceutical importer and distributor, Healthway, a network of primary care, multi-specialty, and corporate clinics, and QualiMed, a comprehensive network of full-service hospitals, multi-specialty clinics, and a stand-alone day surgery center. We are currently building the Philippines' first dedicated cancer specialty hospital, the Healthway Cancer Care Hospital, which will offer a complete range of services from screening, diagnosis, treatment to post-cancer care. We have also invested in health technology solutions HealthNow and AIDE which have recently consolidated with KonsultaMD to form one super app offering teleconsultations, medicine delivery, and home care and diagnostic services.
