K-Growth is an independent fund-of-funds (FoFs) investment firm specialized in stage-specific VC and PE investments. As the first private FoFs investor in Korea, K-Growth has invested in over 80+ funds dedicated to providing equity capital to companies at different stages of their life-cycle: ranging from seed, early, expansion to mature & distressed stage. As of 2018, K-Growth is managing 4 fund-of-funds with a total AUM of USD 2.1bn+, and focuses on innovative start-ups and SMEs with operations in Korea or related to Korea. The firm's signature fund, "Growth Ladder Fund (GLF),"​ is a SME investment fund in Korea. First launched in 2013, GLF has supported 900+ SMEs through USD 3bn+ equity financing to 80+ PE/VC funds. GLF has a versatile structure to provide tailored equity finance to SMEs in different business development stages from start-up to IPO and restructuring, and also in different sectors and regions. Also, it has catalysed additional USD 4.4bn+ SME investment commitments from other public and private investors with its initial commitments.
