SUCOFINDO was established in 1956 as a joint venture company between the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and SGS, Geneve, Switzerland. SUCOFINDO is the first inspection company in Indonesia having business in inspection, testing, certification, training, and consultancy. Currently, we have more than 2.500 Employee. Domestically, we serve though our branches, services points and laboratories that are widely spread in the country, while in the global market we have partnership with global companies and institutions. SUCOFINDO’s services have now expanded into Agriculture, Forestry, Marine, Fishery, Livestock, Mining (Oil & Gas), Construction, Manufacturing, Transportation, Information Technology, New and Renewable Energy sectors as well as continuing to develop competencies to support various Government strategic policies. SUCOFINDO is also the first company to have a commercial laboratory for Coal Bed Methane testing and mineral processing laboratory in Indonesia and the largest in Southeast Asia.
