Bank of Communications (Luxembourg) S.A (“Bocom Lux”). is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bank of Communications Co., Ltd (“Bocom”) established in Europe. As the European hub of Bocom, Bocom Lux currently has branches in Paris and Rome etc. Founded in 1908, Bank of Communications Co., Ltd. is one of the banks with the longest history and one of the first note-issuing banks in China. Bocom was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2005 and on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2007. Bocom has 24 overseas branches (subsidiaries) and representative offices around the world and provides comprehensive financial services. Bocom was on the “Fortune Global 500” list in terms of operating income. In 2023, Bocom became one of the Global Systemically Important Banks (G-SIBs) according to the Financial Stability Board (FSB).
