The Public Benefit Company (PBC) operates 13 career planning and placement centers (named “Rayan Centers”) for the Arab community all across Israel. Providing consultancy, workplace skills, and vocational training, Al Fanar helps its participants successfully assimilate into the Israeli workplace in careers providing respectable income and lasting personal development. The company was founded by Joint Israel and is backed by the Israel’s Prime Minister Office, the Ministry of the Economy, and Yad Hanadiv Foundation.
