The Korea International Cooperation Agency(KOICA) was established as a government-funded agency dedicated to grant aid programs on April 1991. KOICA playing a pivotal role in carrying out Korea’s grant aid programs. With South Korea’s ever-increasing status on the global stage, the international community’s expectations for its role in solving international development problems are also growing.
