Die VfB Stuttgart 1893 AG ist seit 2017 aus dem Hauptverein ausgegliedert. Der Verein selbst ist, neben der Fußball-Abteilung, mit Abteilungen für Leichtathletik, Hockey, Faustball, Tischtennis und Schiedsrichter ausgestattet und der größte Sportverein Baden-Württembergs. Wir sind die Weiß-Roten, die Jungs aus Cannstatt, das, was der Stuttgarter meint, wenn er „1893“ sagt, ein Traditionsverein, die Wasen-Kicker, fünffacher Deutscher Fußball-Meister, dreimaliger DFB-Pokalsieger, der Hausherr in der MHP Arena Stuttgart, der Verein für Bewegungsspiele Stuttgart 1893 e.V. Momentan zählen wir knapp 200 Mitarbeiter in der Verwaltung, die auf dem Gelände rund um die MHP Arena Stuttgart beschäftigt sind.
